Ibrahim Yousef, Business Development & Training Manager

Ibrahim brings more than 8 years of experience in business development, human resources, training and consulting to the team at Bermuda Executive Services. He brings vitality, professionalism and warmth, and a mindset of service and advocacy to his work with our clients. Prior to joining the team, Ibrahim lived, studied and worked in Dubai, so he brings with him a considerate amount of international knowledge. He has a vast background encompassing retail and banking as well as aviation experience following his graduation from Emirates Aviation college. In addition to his love for the sea and his passion for travel, Ibrahim enjoys spending a lot of time developing Human Factors training.

Peggy (Wynter) Dill, Senior Recruitment Specialist

Peggy’s Human Resources experience started early on in her career when she was an Executive Assistant, and assisted the HR department of a reinsurance firm. Following her time as an EA, she went on to start her own recruitment company, which she recently closed in order to focus on motherhood alongside the ability to stay in the industry without the time constraint of running and owning her own firm. Peggy believes in education, loves people, and loves to help them, and continues to go above and beyond for her clients.  She has an associates in Legal Secretarial Science and is currently studying towards an LLB through the University of London.
