to us in person, by courier or digital files can be emailed. Your completed
transcripts can be returned to you by email or hard copy within an
agreed time frame and at an agreed charge rate.

Board Meetings
If your company requires monthly, quarterly or ad-hoc board meetings and
struggles to secure qualified, professional secretarial assistance, we can
pre-book an executive secretary to organise, attend and prepare the minutes
of your meeting. Minutes can be taken in shorthand or recorded and transcribed
in-house for distribution and follow up. Quotations are agreed upon
based on an hourly rate with discounts offered for contracted bookings. Our
centrally located boardroom facilities are also available to rent if required.
