Our Approach
The following steps are followed in recruiting for the needs of your organization.
- Pre-search Analysis – For each specific
position we conduct detailed discussions with yourself and other relevant
members of your organization concerning the responsibilities of the
position, its organizational context, as well as the experience and personal
qualities the candidate must possess in order to perform successfully.
- Source Research – This step identifies
potential candidates and referral sources through which we may learn of qualified
persons. In this process, we use our extensive computer database, which contains
the resumes of qualified candidates. If necessary we advertise the
position and manage the flow of applications.
- Candidate Evaluation – Through an intensive
interview process, the candidate’s experience, ability, accomplishments,
career progress, personal characteristics, strengths and weaknesses, and
growth potential are analyzed in detail. The evaluation process would include the
candidates we identify ourselves as well as those candidates who came
to your attention directly or from other sources during the course
of the search.
- Reference Investigation - We personally contact
previous employers and business references of final candidates and obtain
a practical, reliable appreciation of the candidate’s actual performance
and competence. Upon gathering this information, we submit a confidential
short list of candidates whom we introduce to you. This information
gathered during the search process, as well as our professional opinion
concerning the experience and personal characteristics of the candidate,
as they relate to the role and function of the position will be used in
our recommendation to you.
- Interview Coordination– As qualified
applicants are short listed from our initial evaluation process
we provide you with detailed feedback on the applicants and coordinate
the interview process through to completion including the following:
organizing meeting times, providing interview feedback from the applicants
and advising on contracts and remuneration.
- Successful Placement – Upon
your identification of a suitable applicant we will assist in advising
on remuneration and benefits and liaise with the applicant in discussing
and finalizing the offer and contract of employment. In the
event that the successful applicant is non-Bermudian we are also
able to manage the immigration application process on your behalf.
