Job Description:
On behalf of our client we are seeking a Data Architect who will provide oversight, planning, design, development and management of company data models and data structures, both structured and unstructured.

Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

The candidate will oversee the evaluation, selection, design, implementation and support of TMR company databases and metadata structures.
Review, evaluate and maintain the optimal performance of various TMR databases.
Monitor industry trends and directions; develop and present technical recommendations to senior management.
Develop data and metadata policies and procedures to ensure the integrity, quality and security of TMR databases.
Oversee the continued development of TMR data warehousing and Business Intelligence projects and their related databases, warehouses, marts and cubes.
Design and build relational databases, multi-dimensional databases and data warehouses.

Desired skills and experience include:

Minimum 2 years experience in the Reinsurance industry is essential.
A university degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.).
A minimum of 5 years of modeling, database administration and business intelligence experience.
Must be Microsoft SQL server certified and an expert in SQL
Experience developing and maintaining a Kalido based technology environment is essential.
Proficient in Microsoft SSAS and SSIS.
Experience with ProClarity, Performance Point and SharePoint is a plus.
