Executive/Personal Assistant (20 hours/ 4 day week)

Job Description:


  • At least 5 years experience in a Corporate office environment
  • Exceptional telephone and front office etiquette
  • Ability to coordinate extensive travel arrangements, boardroom bookings and meeting coordination
  • Ability to prepare documentation (emails, memos, office documents, etc.)
  • Experience use in diary management; scheduling & calendar management
  • Proficient with MS Office Suites
  • Experience in expense reporting
  • Strong communication skills
