Taking the risk out of recruiting

Hiring a person full-time requires a commitment from the employer. But what happens when it does not work out? Even letting someone go in their probation period can be painful for all concerned.

Hiring a contract worker or consultant with the possibility that the job could become permanent takes a lot of that pain away if the person, for whatever reason, is not a good fit.

And for the employer who isn’t sure if an employee is also needed long term, contract to hire makes it possible to find out – without having to make a full commitment at the outset.
