New UK Passport

• Completed Application form
• 2 photos (one completed)
• Original birth certificates (if born before 1982, parent’s original birth certificates and marriage certificate). These are returned.
• Bermuda Passport (original sent and returned)
• Copy of driver’s license or picture ID preferably with correct Bermuda address
• Proof of address (utility bill, cellphone bill, rental agreement)
• Letter from employer / school etc verifying identity and address
• Additional documentation may be required such as grandparents’ birth certificates based on age or situation.

It takes about 8 weeks to obtain a new UK passport

 Lost or Stolen Passport

If your passport has been lost or stolen you will need to include an LSO1 form which we can help you with. We will need to send all attachments as for a NEW UK passport

 Renewal of UK Passport

• Completed application form
• 2 photos (one countersigned)
• UK passport original sent (any unexpired visas will be returned)
• Letter from employer / school verifying identity and address
• Copy of driver’s license or picture ID preferably with correct Bermuda address
• Proof of address (utility bill, cellphone bill, rental agreement)

It takes 2-3 weeks to process a renewal passport
